This year. Nope. I'm not fading him. Now will he get targets? That's where he can't be a top 3 to 5 RB anymore more. But they have one of lowest QB runs in the redzone in the last 5 years. I can still see Henry getting 12 TDs this year and probably 25 catches and over the 190 to 210 threshold they have with their RBs they have every year in a committee.

I gotta disagree with the Saquon take. Saquon hasn’t been great because he was playing for the giants with Danny Derps at Qb, a terrible Oline, and no other offensive weapons other than him. You mentioned how rbs changing negatively impacts their production but ever since CMC was traded to the 49ers he’s been amazing. I still think there’s a chance Saquon can be great because he’s on a better team (and potentially a top 5 offence. And what if Saquon ends up taking redzone carries away from Hurts because the Eagles didn’t trust Swift running the ball in the endzone? When Miles Sanders was on the Eagles he was great a few years ago, why can’t Saquon be great as on the Eagles with how good their offence will be?

Look at Lamar's amount of touchdowns within 5 yards.. they almost NEVER use him on the goal line. I think game script and team success should also be considered. The titans were garbage, Henry was the ONLY thing they had to stop. Of course he had a down year.

On the Saquon piece. One you're looking at a much improved offensive line from the eagles to the giants. wo, they have a new oc in Kellen Moore who has produced a a RB 4/5 years he's been a oc the only year he didn't it was a washed Austin Ekeler he had for a starting back. 3, D'andre swift was a RB 1 before the eagles bye week and he was one of the worst running backs in the league when you look at stats like yards after contact, broken tackles, forced missed tackle rate etc. Saquon if you think he has juice in the tank which i believe he does when he has finished as the rb 13 and 6 the last 2 seasons playing with an absolute atrocious offensive unit then he is a smash at the 1/2 turn.

AR and Shane’s offense isn’t even close to the same as Watson and Stefanski. Browns are gonna be a passing team and Watson is a great thrower and more of a pocket passer than a rusher. The mistake people make with Barkley, and now also with Najee Harris is that both players in their rookie seasons put up crazy fantasy points due to being paired up with old, washed up, unathletic quarterbacks in Eli Manning, and Ben Roethlisberger who didn't/couldn't throw downfield anymore, and would just dump off to the running backs. Once Daniel Jones took over in New York, and Kenny Pickett in Pittsburgh, their numbers tanked. Even Barkley's enormous talent couldn't get him over the Daniel Jones hump, because for all of Jones' shortcomings, he was far younger, and more athletic than Eli Manning, so dumping off to Barkley wasn't the guaranteed safety valve that everyone thought they'd continue to get. And it'll be no different for him in Philly with Jalen Hurts.

I really think that both Saquon and Henry really depend on how the board falls. And you could be wrong on them. Henry going to a team that got Gus to where he did last year with TD’s, I can’t see them risking a Jackson injury bringing in Henry and not at least run him like that in the ends zone and when the team plays with a lead With Saquon I agree for the most part. But, losing Kelce, and worrying about Hurts’s health again is a major point of contention. I can see them doing more check downs because of how defenses need to play against the eagles and the reduction of the Tush Push. But, any draft I get Barkley at the 2-3 turn, I will take Hurts that way I get all the Philly rushing TD’s and whatever passing touchdowns he can get. Betting on the Philly offense is a smart bet. And I’m a Giants fan. Now these receivers? I can’t agree more across the board.

@@chevy4x466 I have been mocking from 10/12 for my home league. I’ve been starting: Garrett & Either of: JT, Gibbs or Saquon. On the 3 if I took Saquon I take Hurts. If I didn’t take Saquon and I got one of the other 2? I look for Richardson @ 5/6 and try and grab another RB and WR. 5/6 is usually a QB/WR. Or if I took Hurts, a TE/WR(preferably Kincaid & a WR) and that makes me feel real comfortable. After that I go WR/RB. Then WR through trying to grab one of Gus, Ford, or Singletary as my RB 4. That way I have 5/6 WR. 4 SOLID RB starters. And an elite QB & TE(if the TE’s are gone I swap that out for another wideout unless RB value fell and then try and take Ferguson in the 8-11 range)

Man 👨 when the rbs r gone, it is pure misery. I don’t care if u have to reach. I could even draft entiene early to mid second and feel good. It’s kind of my cut off. I am really on the fence with Pacheco and white. They may have good fantasy seasons, but I don’t enjoy spending high picks on players I don’t think are talented just because of a perceived workload. Swift had 27 attempts inside the 10 and only 5 tds he was constantly getting stopped at the 1 thats why hurts vultured so many tds. They arent tush pushing outside the 5. Barkley only had 15 attemps inside the 10 last year and had 6 tds. 1 more then swift on 12 less attempts in a worst offense behind probly the worst oline in the league last year. Philly also lost kelce who was one of the main reasons they were so good with the tushy. Barkley could easily have 10+ tds this year. Kellen moore also likes to utilize rbs in the pass game. I do agree with a lot of your takes but i think barkley is right around where he should. I might put taylor/gibbs over barkley but i wouldnt fade more then that.

I am too. I loved Barkley. But the Barkley from Rookie season never came back. He’s still very good but he just isn’t that same player. Getting older now too. I’d guess similar numbers to swift last yr. Hurts steals TDs as well. Decent shot gets hurt. Love the guy still but he’s probably an early/mid second rounder in my book. If watched all Gmen games last yr, he did nothing special. Team sucked I know but he really didn’t. Think Giants made the right decision as much as it sucks.

Yeah, JT isn't going to hit the legendary parameters that well, but his youth is an advantage. I do disagree with Ron's legendary upside fixation though, at least to some extent. I agree with it, but I think you need to be flexible with it. If I think Saquon or Henry are the best player available on the board in the second I'm taking them, legendary upside or not.
