I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been having a hard time, especially since you have added so much to my life in the last year or two. Your meditative, evolving, sequencer-based jams have added calm and beauty at the times when I needed them the most. In short, I’m a fan - and thank you for what you do. Also, on a more practical note, the one thing I haven’t really explored on my MiniFreak is the sequencer. You’ve really inspired me to bust it out tomorrow evening :-) Take care and thank you again for the stuff you put out into the world 👍

Nice passionate synth jam! It sounds excellent! I’m glad you’ve had more time with the minifreak and that you shared this recording.

Der Minifreak war definitiv mal eine Überlegung, ob ich ihn mir ins Studio hol. Habs dann sein lassen weil er eine Klaviatur hat. Das Touchpad vom Microfreak ist immer noch am besten. Finds echt geil was du daraus holst

You gone from the JT the size your hand to the minifreak 😂😂 Sounds suburb, great jam bro 👏👏👏👏. Do you miss the touch keyboard from the microfreak? That’s one of my favourite things about the microfreak.
@Volcaniced11 ай бұрын
Yeah I miss it... So I plan to do a jam with the MiniFreak played by the microfreak with midi.

I think a 4 octave keystep with microfreak keys would be awesome. Hmm who do I know who has two microfreaks 🤔🤔🤔
@Volcaniced11 ай бұрын
Hmmm.... I can connect two mocrofreaks at the MiniFreak ... One microfreak C2 - B3 and one C3 to B4... Do I have 4 octaves to play with... Or I connect one microfreak with the other microfreak and the second to the MiniFreak. Uhhhhh possibilities....

Excellent jam as always very appreciative of the minimal notes maximum sound design approach. Most impressive. 🔥 I truly hope someday that arturia releases a 49 key or 61 key hybrid synth. Something poly analog and digital with aftertouch with step sequencing and built in FX and with VST integration for all that fancy arturia software on my PC that I dint use enough 🤣 if I could just put pigments into my microfreak 🤔
@DavidJohnson-mc1yu11 ай бұрын
I am looking forward to the same quality of firmware updates for the minifreak as Arturia has provided for the microfreak . I, too, await the coming of a 'MaxiFreak'.

@@Volcaniced to be fair... I could sample pigments and put it into the Microfreak, but there's probably some cringe factor there

Sorry. But it just sounds like a VST. Nothing exciting or different but just my opinion.
@Volcaniced10 ай бұрын
It's no just the sound it's the possibility to touch knobs and buttons and the direct reaction of them. This is something als then a VST.

Its the other around. VST sounds like hardware gear. Thats exactly what a vst is used for.
