I'm copping one. I live in NY, and we're not allowed to carry firearms

Just be careful some parts of New York have them banned from possession just like firearms
@Collin-p9m10 ай бұрын
@@AtmoTacOutdoors If that's the case, it's just a local ordinance and not a state law, so the worst they could do is fine me.

I could easily see this being considered a “deadly weapon” and getting your ass thrown in jail especially in NYC
@Collin-p9m9 ай бұрын
@@loganduff601 Section 265 of the NY penal law has a list of illegal weapons. Nunchucks, tasers, and billy clubs are on the list, but airguns are not.

That was cool. Have you thought about cutting the barrels down? How many misfires have you experienced if any?
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
Thanks🤙🏽 yeah I’m planning on cutting a set down when I get my extras in, I’d like to see what the power difference is being shorter cause that would be better to conceal. Haven’t had any misfires yet and I’ve put probably 100 rds through each barrel and cartridge so far. Though I’ve been extremely precise when it comes to charging them correctly and exactly to 4500psi and keeping the cartridges all free from debris. I feel like a some of the issues other KZbinrs have with them are partly due to sloppiness. I also took it apart and inspected the internals when I dyed the plastic black and it looks like the reason it double fires for some people is from pulling the trigger partially without actually firing it. It rotates the hammer head slightly then when you pull the trigger again It makes contact with both firing pins. I also put a bead of hard solder on the snap rings holding the firing pins in place, cause I’ve also seen an issue when them popping out. Hasn’t failed yet!

Thats awesome to hear. Ive been on the fence because of the misfires and firing pin issues. If you haven't already go to pneumatic fanatics. Your completely right about the trigger and he shows a fix@@AtmoTacOutdoors

Yeah I’ve seen his stuff, his design for the frame looks like it works really good, can’t wait to see his newest one he’s working on now! don’t blame it on me if yours shits on you bro I’m just one user report 😅 lol but in seriousness I hope yours works out good for you too! Seems like it’s just one of the guns that just requires a bit of tinkering till to be reliable. Which I’m totally fine with at this point cause there’s literally no other concealable air pistol with anywhere near that kinda power yet lol

How did you die yours black? I’ve been wanting to change the color of mine and saw videos about using that “rit” dye but wasn’t sure if it would work on this type of plastic and so i didn’t wanna chance it and make it look splotchy. But urs look very clean. Could you help me out with how you made it look so clean?

What kind of balistic gel is it? It looks like a solid chrome block! 🤔
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
It’s from www.clearballistics.com/ it’s synthetic 10% fbi gel. It’s been melted twice already so it’s a bit dirty lol but they claim it retains calibration no matter how many times you melt it..

Usinf the short barrels your getting like the same exact output og energy abd speed mayve loosing onyl 20fps like its so insignificant that the short barrels are way better the long barrels belong in the trash. Ive pumped 125fpe with a 125g .357 sabot out short barrels

BADASS, how long does it hold a charge and how reliable?
@roastntoast7550 Жыл бұрын
There is not really much difference between the different .cal's ! 🤨
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
Yeah not as much as I was expecting! I think I like the way the .357 sabot performs best. It’s the most accurate and a same amount of energy as the .457

@@AtmoTacOutdoors To be honest, I expected the smaller calibers to penetrate much deeper into the Balistic Gel Block with the same propellant charge, as they have a higher velocity and a smaller surface area and therefore less friction.
