"Group of friends fucking around" is my favourite genre of youtube videos, and colored-coded captions are a small but very impactful editing choice. Your Lethal Company videos have been really great and entertaining so far and I'm looking forward to seeing more subtle improvements to your editing style. However, a lot of youtubers begin to overproduce their videos when their channel grows which often takes away from the viewing experience, so just remember to be mindful of that as well.

It reminds me of my favorite moment from the Game Grumps 'Green Demon challenge' (ie. a few particular levels of Mario 64 where you have to complete the level while dodging a +Life mushroom that follows you like the fucking terminator the whole time). At one point, they try to gain some distance by leading it around this mountain thing, but the mushroom got stuck in the side of the terrain trying to glitch through, so what ended up happening was that it fucking *waited* for them to loop back around to it and pretty much amushed them unintentionally. The masked on the ship felt like that, but with the AI fully intending to pull something like that, rather than it being an accident

The sheer amount of ways to mess with your team is one of the reasons why I love this game so much. I play with random lobbies like 90% of the time, and it's always a roulette wheel in terms of the vibe of the team lmao. Sometimes the vibe is 'no man left behind!', other times it's 'if zombies chase us, I'm tripping you'. I'm still laughing at the time one of my teams got the "you are true professionals" voice line at the company planet, immediately following a sequence of 3 ppl beating each other to death with shovels to make quota

Not sure about IRL friends, but one thing I've found that helps me find goofy lobbies in this game with a reasonable success rate is to go for the ones with silly names or the ones that say/are tagged something like 'casual' or 'we dying lol'. Looking for those kind of things helps me sniff out other ppl who are playing to blow off steam and goof around, rather than going full tryhard mode. It's one of the reasons why I like the tryhard lobbies' tendency to advertise themselves as such, bc I feel like they'd be annoyed and frustrated playing with me (bc even when I'm trying hard, I'm not very good), and I'd be frustrated playing with them, so everybody finds the kind of partners they want in the end
