I’ve been watching some videos on this and it’s hilarious. 😂 You guys should try the in game voice chat, I think it’s proximity and they do a really good job at making you sound like you’re in the environment. And will muffle your voice to others when you get one of those aliens on your face.

Not really it's there if you want to but that's a distinct disadvantage to some one learning the game and not as fun if your struggling to communicate with each other etc. Sure if you want to play the game seriously rather than just have fun with friends. The same argument could be applied to hunt show down it has in game proximity audio but barely any one uses it as it carries with it massive negatives and zero positives if you want to talk to friends.

@@TheIntronD The game is extremely easy to pick up and start going. Proximity chat in this game is a massive feature that increases the value and enjoyment greatly. Not using that throws out the use of the walkies completely, which are in place to make you think strategically about how you're playing (ie Do you want 1 less inventory to be able to chat freely, do you want to stay together to talk, or do you split up and hope for the best?). Not only that, but the monsters can hear you in the game. Your talking / screaming gets you noticed. Comparing this feature to Hunt Showdown is apples and oranges.

There is no "struggling to communicate" or learning the game because of proximity chat. Proximity chat should be used ESPECIALLY when you want to have fun with friends, full tryhard would be to use VC instead

@@TheIntronD i havent played hunt showdown but i know its extraction game like dark and darker and tarkov, and yeah in tarkov you can make it feel more cool etc if you voip in game but its so different to compare those kinda games to this one dude.. in tarkov etc you really wanna have all the advantage you can etc cus its hardcore pvp game but this is not. this game is for sure meant to be played in proximity chat
