1:03:24 I love how Ze was so panicked he didn't even notice Pasta's body & all the loot when he accidentally ran into the Hoarding Bug's nest lol. It's so funny seeing how scared everyone one is of those bugs when they first come across them bcos they have no idea what they are, but I'm sure they'll realise soon that the Hoarding Bugs are pretty much harmless. They'll only attack you if you take their loot or get up in their face, but they're pretty weak - you can easily kill them w/ a shovel in just a few hits.

I happened to have a mod that you can play this game, with 20 people. Chaotic, scary, but fun content. Also, like Skadj said, it's almost like the Backrooms game. That is one game to play with friends and it is spooky, but lots of ... Fun (don't wanna spoil it). Ze, this was too much fun. I know pasta was steaming mad, but it was a goofy game. Thank you for the streams and videos. Thank you, Zeeeeeeeeeeee 😊❤

Looks like a Bracken killed Skadj and Pasta at 45:26. It’s hard to see but for a split second you can make out it’s eyes at the top of the screen. It’s the same monster that chased them out of the building.

Hope to see this group play more! You actually did really well for a first outing; you might also check out the mod that allows more players, maybe not the 20-50 that Platy's tried, but 5 or 6 could be fun too, as you haven't even begun to experience the full horror on offer in this game, some of the other moons are nuts… 😈

This was such an interesting new game to experience, a strange clash of comedy and horror which feels like it could leave players frustrated if they aren't willing to learn from the game, and their own mistakes. I'm glad Ze and crew had such a good time as they explored the myriad dangers of these moons, and the comparisons to Among Us really made me laugh-it always comes back to that game, doesn't it. XD Seriously though, watching people be taken out instantly by giant sandworms and what seemed to be nothing more than a pair of eyes shining in the darkness was quite terrifying, but everyone's cheerful attitudes amid the tragedies helped keep things light, and I was glad they could experience a victory after all those earlier mishaps! It would be fun to see future sessions of this with you learning more about the monsters and elements of each planet, Ze, so if you feel like diving back in some day, that'd be awesome!

It's so interesting to see how each group I've seen play this handles loot recovery, some have an eye-in-the-sky/guy-in-the-chair monitoring from the ship, some go all in and scan a bunch, some go back early, others keep hunting even when it gets dark, some clear comms when they see a monster and some troll around and move the ship furniture.

Chilled and them were chaos, this group is careful ish. Others idk since the thing i watched of platy was with the large groups. So we need to just see how people do. Maybe even with mixed groups.

43:43 The Bracken (aka flower man) is creepy asf (tho there's definitely worse to come lol). You need to keep your head on a swivel with a Bracken around because he likes to sneak up on his victims & snap their neck from behind. He'll back off if you see him, but if you look at him for too long or back him into a corner it will piss him off & he'll attack anyway 11:54 45:24

I think I've watched about six hours of this game between ChilledChaos and ZeRoyalViking, and honestly I'm starting to get more frustration than enjoyment watching the user error. While playing Among Us, Ze stopped at one point to complain to chat about the rest trying to force content rather than having it come naturally, and I think that goes triple here. Ze is the first one I've seen put even a little thought in; trying to read the bestiary, quieting down around the *blind* dog monsters, etc. Watching people fail to run and jump stopped being funny after the third time, and I'm sitting here watching them look at a list of weapons they can use while not even mentioning any of it like "??? Zap gun? Stun grenades?". I usually enjoy Chilled more than Ze but in the case of this game I really appreciate that Ze even tries to put some brain into it, and overall I think this crew was the better watch

I think it's less that and the fact Chilled's group are more trolls, in their own ways. I understand they are trying to figure out but I actually saw Platy play on KZbin and the mods were being burdensome stopping any help, for example answering if playing a round was a waste of time, meaning he figured out their was a timing issue and thus no gatcha. This game has fun novice issues but after an hour or so, you should let chat at least answer basic gameplay questions. If they ask how do you survive, giving them the hint to read the beastiery isn't spoiling. Also I think a balance of one troll with three others is optimal(for streaming purposes)

That's because Chilled was playing with Kruz (who hardcore trolls no matter the game), Larry (who is chill af and down to meme) and Junk (someone this group loves to troll). It was basically a recipe for a clownshow from the get go when it involves those 3 people, and you'll notice the same in the other games Chilled plays. If Larry isn't around, he is usually trying to play the game more and if Kruz isn't around, there aren't anyone who dedicate their existence to trolling instead of playing the game.

I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed this session! That being said, I love my friends and my goals when making content tends to align with theirs. We want to make something that's fun to watch, and that's often being silly and not taking things so seriously. I'll play the game properly too, but you know, I don't want to be nitpicked constantly. When the little things bother a viewer, I'm going to shrug it off. Not out of not caring, it's that I'd go insane if I fixated on that myself and I know I can't please everyone. I can kind of see this game going the same way as Phasmophobia. The first few times playing it will be all about the laughs and ways you can die/mess around with people. After that, it will become more about "Okay, how do we actually win this game?"

You actually need to learn monster behaviours, including with respect to weather. Like that bug that was chasing them? It only wants to steal your shit, unless you're poor I guess. And that monster that was "probably more scared of us than we are of it"? It's blind and can hear you talk, you can go full stealth on it.
