Fun fact..... The explosion of the ICSI building in Lethal Weapon 3 was actually a real demolition of the former City Hall in Orlando, Florida. While prepping the third Lethal Weapon movie, the sequel's production crew received a letter from the film department of Orlando asking if they wanted to make use of the demolition.

As a man with 2 bad knees, let me assure you we do still have leg musles. In fact, I would say that because we rely on our muscles more than our joints that our leg muscles are stronger than most people. It is so very believable that Danny Glover knocked that guy down with a very low kick. Now, don't get me wrong, your assessment on his running and mine, for that matter, is spot on.

“Close is a lingerie shop without a front window” according to the screenwriter doesn’t mean anything. They were trying to come up with something fun and weird to mean “Close doesn’t count”. The screenwriter came up with a bunch and then everyone on set started coming up with some. But the one used in the take came from Rene Russo herself.

Never fails, I always cry at the boat scene, but then can’t help but laugh when they’re in the water and Murtaugh confusedly asks if Riggs slept with “Sgt. Cole from traffic?” Then Riggs clarifies he meant Lorna and says Sgt. Cole from traffic is her uncle. Makes me giggle that Murtaugh thought Riggs was confessing a hook-up with some older dude. Love the subtle humor as much as the donkey kicks. Great stuff!
