How hard is it to switch from an SCT to an HP? The SCT is unlocked and tuned by PBD.

That would be mostly between you and your tuner, however, it would be as simple as putting the vehicle back to the stock on the SCT device, un-marrying it to the vehicle, and then installing a new tune supplied by the tuners with the HPTuners device.
