Alex and his team are simply the very best! Voiding my factory warranty is not something I take lightly. I researched and talked to many shops in my area and none of them inspired much confidence. Hi Alex. I appreciate the video. Just have a question. Hopefully you can help with this. I lost access to my laptop where I have my hp tuner software installed but I was able to locate my stock tune file through email and have it saved on my phone. Is it possible to upload my file straight from my phone with the tdn app, or would I have to email you my hp tuner files and purchase your tuning service and link to your network to receive the files through the app? Thank you in advanced my friend.

Hey Oskar, thanks for the question. So what you can do is use my invite code (please shoot me an email at [e-mail]). Then add that invite code to your app. Then you will be linked to me and other tuners. Then you will need to take a log and upload and sync and let me know when you do. Then email me the stock file you have and I can upload that to the server and you can download and flash it.

Thanks Alex...this cleared up a lot of questions and definitely the best RTD/TDN I've seen. Just one question, once the customer has created the log and sent it to you, is there a way that the customer can review that log? Thanks

Good question! You would not be able to review that log you took with the TDN app. You would need to download VCM Suite on your laptop and log using VCM Scanner. You would be able to review that and send it to us or your tuner as well.

@@PeitzPerformanceTunes Thank you Alex...finally a complete answer to a question! You had it correct...."send it to us"...when I take the plunge w/ the 22 SS your the tuner to have. I can see the benefit of using TDN where you can have multiple tunes to select from to write into the ECM but not being able to review a data log is clearly a drawback in my opinion. I guess you need both the RTD and MPVI2, one to read and write the tune and the other to review data logs.

@@jcasey460 You can defintely use the RTD to review data logs. You can use it just like an MPVI in all ways except for modifying your tune with VCM Editor. You can even flash with your laptop using RTD Flasher software. Conversely, if you have an MPVI 2/2+/3 you can do everything an RTD can do. One of the ideas behind the RTD is to use it as a flash delivery device for emissions purposes etc. If you are not custom tuning your car using VCM Editor, there isn't exactly a reason to have a full MPVI, especially right now with no stock of 2+ and waiting for the 3 to come out.
