22:27 Stacking % armor pen is heck of a thing with 300 AD. That's why I still posit that full crit or lethality build isn't worth the tradeoff, when you can build an armor pen item (cleaver, LDR, spicy choice Serylda's) to stack with Q along one or maybe two lethality items and then focus either full AD or survivability. You'll kill all the same, but getting in, killing and surviving through it so effortlessly looks just dirty in the best way possible.

A small tip you can use in lane to improve sustain: If you Q a minion during W, you won’t target champions , which lets you use W2 to heal even if the enemy laner is nearby. Then you can tank retaliation with E.
