I would like to know, merely cuz I am dumb when it comes to looking at game files, but what EXACTLY distinguishes EC/EC2 Black, from the stock Black color found in TransFender shops? Are they JUST barely different shades of Black?

Hello. There is no difference between the "Black" inside of a Transfender and found on this Vehicle. What you're lacking to understand is that this Special Vehicle is only special by it's SECONDARY COLOR, which is Black, and, when you enter a Transfender, under normal circumstances (putting EC/EC2/EM Conversions aside), the SECONDARY COLOR is NOT MODDABLE. You can't change it. That's what makes this special since TRAFFIC DEFAULT Vincent's don't spawn in a Black Color for their SECONDARY Color. All of this is sort of explained in the Description, but not as in detail as I just said. Also, most Vehicles only SHOW ONE COLOR AREA, like this Vincent. You visibly DO NOT SEE the SECONDARY Black Color since only ONE COLOR AREA is visible. Something like a Perennial, Bullet, Bloodring Banger, Banshee, and stuff like that, in which SHOWS TWO COLOR AREAS would you SEE a Secondary Color. There is far more visible ONE COLORED Vehicles in the game with their Secondary Colors NEVER shown. Only by Game Files and a Save Editor can you see these things. Overall, this Vincent is USELESS, though, because the EC/EC2 Vincent exists which has the SAME Black INVISIBLE Secondary Color, plus a VISIBLE and SPECIAL Primary Color, unlike this junk Vincent.

@@LethalVaccine Had to re-read it a few times but I understand now. Thank you. Another thing I'm curious about is the "gray" Patriot from Vice City's "Sir, Yes Sir!" Does an image exist of what the Patriot would've looked like if the EC worked properly?

No image. The Patriot in Vice City is even more strange because it's EC2, but also has a Livery, so what you VISUALLY SEE, never changes, even in a Pay and Spray. It always just "looks like THAT." The Patriot's spawning around the Map that are parked (outside of Fort Baxter) are NOT THE SAME, either. Those are NOT EC2 (Invisible).

I love how the Description says the exact opposite of what you just said. It's completely pointless to obtain this, honestly, because if you have the EC/EC2 Vincent from the Casino Debt Call, then, you have this EC2 Vincent already. Both Secondary Colors are Black, but the Casino Debt Call also is EC by the Primary Color, with the EC2 Black, thus SUPERIOR, like my Description says. So, obtaining this (when you have the other EC/EC2 Vincent) is completely pointless and idiotic. Wasted Mission Attempt and Inferior Vehicle. But yeah, it's worthy of collecting it...LOLOL...

I too liked the black colour of the Vincent and saved it, but then if this is just unique because it’s EC2 then it’s not that special. You can just grab a Vincent on the street and paint it black too. But nothing wrong with saving whatever you like man

It's special. You take a Vincent from Traffic. Paint it Black. Sure, you have a Black Vincent, but guess what? The SECONDARY COLOR, which you can't mod under normal circumstances, isn't Black with the one from Traffic you took and painted Black. Sure, you have a Black Vincent. But you don't have an EC2 Black Vincent. The SECONDARY COLOR, which is invisible and for MOST Vehicles, is what makes this special. What you see (Black) is irrelevant and what you paint it is irrelevant, too, since what you DON'T SEE is what is making it special, so yeah...Jacking one from Traffic, painting it Black, is NOT THE SAME as obtaining this one and they will be different, so yeah...

Hi man, don't want to be the fool asking dumb questions but since I am not too familiar with SA and the EC/EC2 Vincent is in fact one of the few vehicles I have NOT obtained, ever, would you enlighten me why exactly is this one shown separately, when the EC2 is the EXACT copy of that of the EC/EC2 one and makes it literally inferior? Is it because getting the EC/EC2 one is absolutely NOT a great idea for the 1st save, because the casino debt leaves marks and cannot exactly be "recovered" from? I would of course look for the reason myself but YT does not let me find your old EC/EC2 Vincent vid, if it even currently exists. Thanks for the answer..

Ask Sprite. I asked him the SAME THING a few weeks back if I should even show this since the SAME EC2 Black appears on that Vincent from the Casino Debt Call. It seemed almost pointless for me to show it. I even got it in my 2nd Save File while I have the "EC Vincent" in my 1st Save. Back when I was doing my 2nd Save, I asked myself a week or so before reaching said stage of the game if I should even bother obtaining it, but I went ahead and did. It's sort of like the AP Mothership. This is a Camper, that is EC2 White. At all times. So, if you have the AP Mothership, you have the EC2 White Camper, yet, I, and others, and for the Guide, obtain/show it from *Riot* all at the same time obtaining/showing the AP Mothership which is the SUPERIOR one. So I guess, if I show the AP Mothership and EC2 White (Visible) Camper, then I might as well show the EC/EC2 Vincent and EC2 Vincent. Both the EC2 White Camper and EC2 Black Vincent are INDEED INFERIOR and the only ones shown in the Guide, basically. Point is? Don't even bother obtaining them. Maybe the Camper, but the Vincent really is kind of dumb, or just do it in the 2nd Save, where there is left over space, anyways, that's what I did. All my Videos (old) are deleted in the Guide, off my Channel already. I know the order of the Playlist and exactly which Videos I need to still show and such, so there was no point in keeping said Videos even on my Channel when I know in mere weeks the WHOLE thing will be here once again, but renewed...Other than three Videos. I won't bother continuing to try and pull off the DP Leviathan. Enough of that. Did it on PC and have a Video already when I obtained it for my actual PC Save assembled over a year ago. Did it on Mobile over a year ago for my Save, too. And, four months ago (with Save States) did it for my PS2 Save. Just...Sick of it. That same reason is also why I decided to keep the AP Infernus (All Platforms Method) in the Guide from before. Show it on PC, when assembling my PC Save over a year ago, and Video is as good as it'll ever get, anyways, same case as DP Leviathan. As for the EC/EC2 Forklift, I wanted to show it, but I...Can't. I think it's a PCSX2 Issue and not an actual PS2 Issue, but...Still can't be certain. So, skipping the headache and just kept the old Video from the Guide, as well. So, keeping three Videos, renewed EVERYTHING ELSE, and ADDED IN some NEW (technically old stuff, since discovered YEARS AGO) stuff, too. And...Still not fully done as I will go back and do ALL REMAINING useless OM0 Vehicle Videos one day for fun, too. But you have a point. EC/EC2 Vincent from Casino Debt DOES leave traces in Pause Menu Stats. Obtaining the EC2 Vincent does not, other than the extra Mission Attempt. The Debt Vincent does not leave a Mission Attempt, but it leaves Gambling Gain/Loss/Wins Stats and such. There is even a Gambling Stat left over, like a Skill represented by a Bar. When it's max, you have "Whale" Status. That's what is needed to even get that Vincent in the first place and the Phone Calls to take place. Whale Status means you can borrow up to 1 Million.

If you do a Guide, you show *everything.* If you do a Guide, you go *in order.* Not going out of order just cuz some dummy wants to see the AP Infernus, which, is already on my Channel. Not even redoing the Video in the same case as DP Leviathan and EC/EC2 Forklift. These three Videos will remain on the Channel from before. The rest was renewed, and more stuff shown I never shown before, so yeah, complete enough. WAY LATER in time I will go back through SA and record all the useless OM0 stuff that nobody cares about and isn't a high priority to show, but will show it anyways, just to make stuff more complete and for awareness.

Hello. I may post two more Videos later tonight and ALSO add in a THIRD, which has BEEN ON my Channel for two years. The Playlist is growing and almost done! It says 59 right now and when all is said and done, it'll say 98! Everything has been recorded and ready for upload EXCEPT three Vehicles/Videos. All three *New Model Army* RC Vehicles need recording, but other than that, I finished the Guide and ready for LCS next month.
