Put some orange paint on your fork tips or some reflective tape so you highlight the ends of the fork tines

Reckon you're better off with a chain hoist, even if it's hand-operated , than a Come-Along. You'll get a vastly better height ability for a start . . .

I can’t believe you didn’t weld it with stick rods , 7018 they are cheaper . You could also add some heavy duty feet underneath to screw down to help support it and keep the thing from moving on you .
