I struggled with body image my whole life and now I’m close to 30 I still don’t love my body but have learnt to be body neutral- I no longer talk badly about myself but I do still sometimes see people and wish I looked like them. I sometimes see your videos and posts and wish I looked like you or had your figure too so just remember we all have our insecurities even people who love their body feel insecure at times! Also super excited to see what’s coming this year, best of luck with your new business venture!

Change seems like something you embrace even if you are nervous. The relationship advice to the dilemmas was amazing. Also, I agree only yourself that can alter how you view body image. I really enjoy your videos and thank you so much for talking about body image. I think it’s so important. I have struggled with body image all my life. Especially in the recent years as I gained a lot of weight during Covid and then recently over the past 2.5 years I’ve lost 7 1/2 stone and I’m still struggling so much with how I view myself and thoughts around my body. You are so gorgeous and so beautiful and i think when you see people that you think are incredible and then they talk about body image and struggles you realise everyone no matter how incredible they look struggles too ❤

I find living with a man so difficult, I lived at home before and this is my first time living with anyone else other than parents. I like my own space but also me and my bf are opposites in the way of messy and tidy-ish. The constant beard hairs all over the bathroom or clothes on the floor is a daily battle😢
