Hi everyone, this video ended a bit differently then I had planed because I have not been feeling great in the last couple days so next week we will just continue with some fun projects, flea-market finds, lots of decorating and other fun stuff! I will also take some time to answer all your comments from the last two weeks tomorrow because I did not come around to doing that either. I have read everything though and I love you guys!

I can relate to what you said about your soul being trapped in a body that can't do all the things you want to do. I was in a riding accident in september 2015. A really bad one that turned my whole life upside down. Surgery after surgery and bedridden for two whole months, only thing I could do was wiggle my toes to avoid blood clots. It's been _years_ now, but I _still_ struggle with the pain every day. Worst part isn't the pain though. Worst part is, just like you said, that there's so much things I want to do, things I _long for_ with my entire being, but my body just can't do it. It's really quite a horrible feeling, and it sucks to hear you have a similar type of feeling. Sending you hugs and hoping it gets better for you! 💜 Take care of yourself!

Hi Bella, sorry for the very late reply! Thank you so much for sharing your story. That's a very difficult thing to go though! I am so sorry that that happened to you. You do sounds like a very strong person. I will keep you in my thoughts and I wish you lots of 'good' days!

I'm ashamed to be almost healthy and not to be able to move my ass to do things! May you bring me the motivation! You're such a admirable woman!

Well..thank you! It's actually my KZbin channel that gets me up and running. It's really what motivated me to do all of these things.

Yay for finishing your curtains! They look beautiful. I enjoy watching the flow of your creativity, probably because I can recognize some of my own patterns of getting distracted by things that aren't in the "plan." I'm not disappointed that you didn't show the finished hallway! I also wanted to ask you something about inflammation. It's something I have researched for myself as I'm getting older, and I know that certain foods can cause inflammation and others can be anti-inflammatory. In the past you have consumed a lot of ginger, and I wonder how much that helped your CFS/ME. In the US we have ginger root capsules available which I take instead of pain killers. (Fresh ginger is probably more effective of course!) Just curious because I believe so strongly in the power of whole foods and herbs to heal our bodies, and I think maybe you agree.

So glad you are not disappointed! In the end it was a good thing that I did not decorate because today's flea-market finds changed my my ideas! Foods do definitely have a huge impact on inflammation for me. That's also why I started a zero carb diet a while ago. I never really updated about all of those things but I will try to share a bit more about it next week because I am actually still doing this diet so it has been a long time actually... almost a year maybe? Sometimes I do mess up though and that's also what has happened this week because I had some things I should not have had and it made me really sick;) As for ginger, I do really think that it works as an anti-inflammatory but with cfs/ME the information is caused buy a long list of other things and all of those things need to be sorted at the same time so just taking something for inflammation never really made a difference for me. Right now I take all kinds if things for it (also plants/ herbs) but in combination with other things too to solve all the issues (or at least that's what we are trying to do) and also in combination with a very strict diet. I do believe in the power of ginger though. I love ginger and think it's great that you take it as a painkiller!

I hope you find the answers for your health 🙏. Have you ever reached herbalist to detox and detox baths? I've recently even heard that people with severe inflammation have been de worming their bodies. To flush out the impurities. I really hope you can find answers. I have absolutely loved your videos. God bless you and your husband 🙏

Hi Margaret, yes I have been to herbalists in the past. I need to be very careful with everything related to herbal remedies and also homeopathic medicine and all kinds of other alternative treatments though because I react very strangely to things that are usually very safe to take and I had some serious setbacks because of that in the past. I actually ended up being stuck in bed for 3 months the last time I went to a herbalist;) I do love herbal remedies though and ginger is definitely one of my favorite things to take. And I also do make all kinds of herbal remedies at home for myself. I do believe that going to a herbalist can help a lot but cfs/ME i just a very tricky thing to treat. So it not them;)
