Tina, make things with the hoarde then hoarde what you've made.😊 It's my way around having piles of scraps. This turned out really lovely. Vicki

The letter was absolutely the thing I would struggle to use. I have photocopied things like that and kept the original as the master copy So I can continue to use it over and over. Of course that’s why I love buying digital downloads too for that very reason and then I don’t struggle to use it. If I mess it up I just print another. This is beautiful never the less and glad you could be braver than myself. 😎

HELLOOOOO Tina, WOW, what a lovely master board. This is something that I would find VERY difficult to use; I can't imagine cutting it up, it is super pretty. I love the way you use elements and just seem to put them in the right place, it always comes out looking pretty and so useable. BUT, this one is a master piece and I would definatley hoard it. Hope you have a successful and not too stressed shopping trip, keep safe and well. Blessings and hugs as usual from Cape Town. Diana

Scan this Master board and make a few other collages and pockets etc. for a Digital kit in your shop! I thought you were going to ink over one of the wrong colored umbrellas with your NEW Walnut Oxide, but you didn't hear me and the umbrella you cut out was better. You're good! 👌

Loving the neutrals so much, I do like colour but you are a bit too ott for me with the bling and the lace and the colours, so for me this was a welcome change haha.... I do love the sunshine and even if cold I think it just lifts your spirit.....oh ok you've just thrown a load of roses, my least favourite flower, at it now ...I knew it was too good to last lol...never mind your die-hard fans adore it and that's what matters...I have to laugh when you say oh its so scrumptious and gorgeous, so I keep tight-lipped, as to most it is and its good to hear that you love your results so much as I am very reticent to praise my own work but that's just a problem I've always had...TFS x

Do you use a 12x12 paper that you don’t love the decorated side?
@binkiewillis82033 жыл бұрын
WOW! At every turn, this just got more and more gorgeous! 💕💕 Question: what is really the difference between the distress ink and the oxide as we use it in our crafting? I’ve read what Tim Holtz describes but it sounded the same-ish to me. And by the way, have you seen the new color Salvaged Patina? OMG you’d LOVE it!! (This is me all over the place! 😜)
@allaboutjunkjournalingwith15633 жыл бұрын
The only difference with the oxide is that you can add water to it and it will run

As usual, food for thought. Thank you. May I ask, how do you stop your glue from shining through. No matter how careful I try to be there is either pieces not stuck down or areas of shine. Any advice would be gratefully received. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

I love this sooo much Tina. I loved it neutral, I loved it more with the pop of brown, but when you put all the roses on I was totally totally blown away. Maybe this could be your new career, making collages for scrapbook companies!! I’m looking forward to seeing this cut up and used. It’s genius and yummy. Thank you for sharing! A question, is there a difference in using the distress oxide or distress ink? I’m not sure how they differ. Yum yum. I’m off to see what I can do, but nothing like yours.

Since your bottom layer gets mostly covered, why can’t you use copies of your vintage papers instead of the originals? Then you could save them for places they would be more prominent.
@anitagolke16783 жыл бұрын
Tina, couldn't you copy the vintage things then you could use it again and again and keep the originals. Of course your piece turned bueatiful!!!! Hugs take care!!!!

I'm thinking the same thing. Could scan /copy them and then use it again. I have bought some vintage ephemera recently and I'm going to try scanning some of the pieces myself. I'm not sure how they will turn out but I will see. If it prints on white paper I can always try and distress the paper.
