After the first half of the game, Zelda clears her name, wears her royal clothes, has a smile on and gets a grander opening to her theme! These are minor yet welcoming additions and I like it. She really feels like a royal priestess now instead of an outcast.

No spoilers, but if you are planning to 100% eventually, I recommend revisiting areas. Also, brain rot is cringe but also funny when used to annoy people so therefore I support Ian!

Ian I appreciate your jokes even if no one else does. I was thinking the "Prime Energy" was the power from the Minish Cap at first. It can't be though because in that game its name is "The Light Force" and it's specific to that Zelda. I thought it was during this cutscene but I think the king has some dialogue you will want to see so I recommend talking to him. It offers an interesting dichotomy between this King and the BOTW King. I think that painting is meant to be a young version of the King. They have Brown hair and appear to be wearing the usual cloak with a crown on their head. I do find it funny that neither of them noticed the large Jabul Waters text when it was on screen for quite a while.

The Hyrule Field theme did change, with Zelda’s Lullaby being added to the beginning. ALBW did basically the same thing when you progressed past its first act too (and maybe also ALttP, I can’t remember).

youtube is being dumb about letting me comment again =( Thankfully whatever auto-mod keeps sniping me for no reason doesn't do so on an edit! Never before have I felt such a mixture of amusement and pure disgust in the opening seconds of a BLG video. It would indeed be cool if some of the stuff from this game became a part of the continuing Zelda canon. We can hope! I appreciate how the King and people of Hyrule are actually doing things story-wise this game. Also Zelda's new outfit is great. Looking more closely, if that guy in the painting had the hat, it would indeed be a Mario. It's going to be very funny when you one day do find that spider. Nice job on the detective work, Casey! I was initially annoyed by yolo, but somehow when it showed up in Celeste, that was just the perfect situation for me to find it amusing instead, and now that's how I think of it.
