Theory time, please bear with me on this.... That egg didn't start hatching until Charles was dead, and none of the three eggs shown during the game itself showed any real activity. Also none of the NPC's mentioned any of the other eggs that had been drained in the temple showing any signs of hatching.... So, could this mean that there can only be one hatched instance of Charles at a time? Meaning that there will always be another Charles no matter how many times you kill it? Covering a potential argument to this, That note said that Charles was afraid of Gus (the bus), so while I imagine that they're related; i don't think that they're from the same clutch. Though i do suppose that siblings can be scared of each other.....

I think all of those eggs are going to hatch becuase it takes about 2-3 weeks for spider eggs to hatch and warren didnt have them for anything more than 2-weeks. Spider eggs give birth to all at once but i find weird is that after spiders give birth, they should be dead right? I believe that the three eggs on the pedestal will never hatch because their power was extracted for charles to use, but the rest in the nest, i think all those eggs will hatch at the same time becuase as i said before, Choo choo charles may be a demon spider, but its still a spider none the less. As horror movies go, when all of these eggs hatch, some random character is going to find the nest when the start braking and is going to tell the rest of the island about them but it will be to late
