And yes, we will joining our hearts in prayer with many others on your yt channel that "all is well & will be well" for you on 9/2/22. As always, our furkids are such the light in our lives. Love the long, lazy stretch that Mr. Grey makes right in front of you (our kiddos do that quite every morning) & so good to see Spook & Speedy, always the faithful "watchdogs" around your home. Just tired of the shenanigans playing out in the outside world & shutting the door to the outside with good books, music & escape into the old b/w tv shows. Blessings as always on you/yours/& the kitty crew.

Mr. Tom, thanks for the fun car ride. Sorry to hear you've been feeling poorly and glad you have had some thorough medical attention. I've recently had two detached retina eye surgeries and am dealing with some vision loss. This getting older isn't an easy thing. We've been getting some much needed rain here in New Mexico. We are at 5200 feet in altitude here. So hot days and cooler nights. My raised garden beds have done OK, but not great. The tomatoes and herbs have faired the best. Please take care of yourself and don't over do things. And as always, thank you for your practical and sound words of wisdom.

Sorry to hear about your health. Glad that you're still pushing through it as best that you can. I too had recent lab work done and got two new diagnosis that are devastating to me. At least I found out why I've been feeling bad to the point where I can hardly go. Hemoglobin is 7.2 and I have stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Always something, isn't it. But, like you, I'll keep on keeping on. No use in crying over spilt milk. Enjoyed our car ride. Loved hearing the rain fall. I've learned to take a moment at a time instead of a day at a time. Enjoy the small things in life. Hope you and the Kitty Krew enjoyed the rest of your day. You take care and my thoughts are with you my friend.

Such great news Mr. Tom, all things considered! Be sure to make that appointment in September. It will put your mind at ease. Might I suggest a walk each day for that little blood sugar issue? 30-45 minutes of steady, constant movement a day does wonders for blood sugar issues. Slap wore down happens for us who are of "The Age of Wisdom." The heat this year has been attrocious. Dehydration will zap your strength and make your heartbeat irregular. My son says, "Mom, you do more before 9 AM than most people do all day." It's true, but I am NOT out in the heat after that. No way! Much love and prayers for you, Mr. Tom. Thank you for taking us for a ride with you today. A Sunday morning drive is just what so many of us needed.

Thanks Mr. Tom I'm glad tht all your tests came back ok. I think there's a lot of cases of "l don't feel quite up to snuff but the dr's can't find anything wrong". I hope we have a late first frost. I planted my sweet potatoes late and need an extra couple of weeks. My tomatoes have just about played, heat got my squash, my late season bell peppers are blooming and I have 2 true Hungarian Paprika peppers ripening plus lots of blooms on the plants. My Cushaw could be harvested but I'm waiting on the plant to finish dying out, maybe another week. My purple hulls are still only a foot tall with no blooms. That's ok though. I'll just let them keep building up nitrogen in their root nodules. It'll be really good for my lettuce next spring. My crape myrtles started blooming late this year and are still blooming. I'm so glad that I don't take medicines. I remember when my natural remedies cost so much more than what the doctors gave. When the prices of big pharma's products started getting so rediculously high I was paying $30 per month for my herbs, vitamins, and homeopathic remedies. Now inflation is catching up and I'm lucky to get my monthly health staples for $50. This month it was close to $100. I did buy a few bulk herbs and such but what I got should not have cost more than $75. That's still a lot cheaper than $500 for 1 script. Too bad the BBQ place was sold out. A plate of BBQ and coleslaw sure would have been nice. My area used to grow a lot of cotton. The cotton gin was a lot smaller than yours though. It's a shame that your local pizzaria went belly up. I'd much rather have a good pizza made with love and real ingredients than what the chains produce. I buy very little from Wallyworld. I get my coffee there because it's about half the price of the other places that carry it. I buy 4 to 6 10oz bags at a time. That's about 1 month's worth. I also buy my canning jars there. They are usually $2 cheaper than the next cheapest place and $6 cheaper than the most expensive place. I buy 6 cases at a time so at the very minimum that's a free case. I enjoyed the ride along. That is a beautiful area you live in. It looks a lot like my area. You could send me some rain and I wouldn't mind one little bit. It seems to always go around us. I would stay and help you with the prep but I've got a couple dozen wings to cook. Much Love

Mr Tom, it would be hard to choose which category of your videos would be my favorite. Cooking? Gardening? Deep dive? The drives to nowhere might just be up there at #1. But the one thing I hope you'll remember is to please not ever feel pressured to keep on creating content even when you're exhausted. I would feel so awful if I thought that the video I was watching and enjoying came at the expense of you putting your last ounce of energy into making it. I hope that when you need to rest, you actually will do just that. "Spoiled rotten." That's the word for it. The other day I read a comment from a young woman who was working as a server at a somewhat upscale steak house. I think she was trying to make it through college and like most kids in her situation she was struggling. She said that people would come into the steakhouse and seriously "over order." Multiple appetizers, entrees that came on dishes that looked more like Thanksgiving turkey platters, desserts that were probably 900 calories apiece. She noticed that people would take a few bites of each item and leave the rest. They weren't even interested in boxing anything up to take home for later. $45 - 50+ meals (per person) ended up in the trash. It made her almost ill to watch it. When 22 million people face famine in the Horn of Africa today, how can we do things like this? So many Americans have no idea what real insecurity feels like. I pray we never find out, and that in the mean time we learn how to care for our brothers and sisters -- even when they're out of sight. Meanwhile, many many prayers for you, your family and the Kitty Krew! 🙂

Hello Tom! What a nice ride, despite the little rain! o beneficial and needed! Glad you wont have to water the garden (much) today :) I am also glad bout your medical reports! Doesnt sound like anything you couldnt handle!! I am sure of that! The feeling of being tired and sluggish-dont I know it! In my case, its the diabetes! It sometimes sure is a struggle to even get up! You just have to fight it Tom! Hey, I wonder if there be a way to order some meds from another country? They may be still cheaper for you to get even considering the shipping cost? Just a random idea..You went by hi BBQ place, good Lawd- I cant remember when las I had any BBQ lol. I got a in house electric grill- a big one and it just too much work and clean up for just 1 person to bother lol. Those "bag worms" my mother in laws yard has 2 huge paper shell peacan trees, they always had them nasty things and we used to burn them as far as we could reach them! Oh I miss those plenty peacans! I am in the baking mood at the moment-sourdough breads and rolls, raisin breads (for a sweet treat) and Pizza, flatbread etc. Tom it smells and tastes soooo good lol I stop buy bread from the store-its high and mostly of questionable quality (for me) If a bread in slices doesnt go bad after 2 weeks, some mess is in it that I dont want to eat lol Talking bout food-bugs..I dont know bout that Tom-even hough I am a open mind adventurous foodie- I guess if I wouldnt know I try- Heck I love and prepare calamari and octopus-some people may call that bugs too lol.. I make mean chitterlings, no not with gravy but cooked in water, vinegar garlic, red pepper flakes then once the water evaporated they fry a little in their own fat! Very tasty I was told. My x boss when I worked for the Army, tought he could gross me out one Thanksgiving dinner we had-not knowing I cleaned chitterlings as a young girl at grandmas home to make sausages lol- I love it! Hope you keep pushing through the days with a lack of energy and also know when to take a nap! Tom I looked up prostate issues and found Phenophylon-look it up please its in Pomegranate!! It suppose to hrink the protate....think you`d prefer that from any meds! Maybe give some regular juice a try or even eat a daily dose of the fruit itself? Worth a try isnt it? The Best and fondest well wishes to you Tom! We ol Troopers got to keep going! God bless you and yours! PS you mentioned there at the end listening to the rain on a hot tin roof!-Excellent movie! Cat on a hot tin roof! love it! :) lot of folks wont know what I talk bout lol sure you do! ...blessings!

Here in🇬🇧 pensioners get prescriptions free, well not exactly free as we pay all our working life for our National health system. Below pension age its £9.35 an item or £30.35 for 3 months if you regularly get more than 3 items.

Watching this a 2and time. Gosh, Mr. Tom...Denny & me were talking a few minutes ago & we both said we kinda wished you lived nearby -- you are a good friend to us, more than you know. We get a lot of isolation up this way...you feel like family to us. We would come by & ask to sit in your yard, bring you a coffee or ice tea...& look at your garden with you...🌻🍃🌱🌺🐞

Thank you for this wonderful video. All you have to mention ride my crew is coming. Jerry and Dale were rumbling to the focus. They placed me between them and Dale scooped up Sugar and to the focus we were going. Brian and Timmy grabbed Bear as they went walking on one of your trails in back That left Fred and Cliff so they took the front with you. Jerry and Sugar and Dale tucked me in the middle of the middle seat and Sugar claimed all of us to ride with! What a group we were! We all enjoyed our water and treats for Sugar and Bear. We all visited under the carport and enjoyed the bottles of water and fellowship listening to the rain. Until next time and God bless. I and Bear and my Heavenly crew have prayers and Blessings for all of you!👩🦳🐕🚖3️⃣😇😇😇😇😇🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰

Love the ride. Your sky looks like my sky here on deep southeast Mississippi. We are getting rains every day. Not a lot of rain at one time but several showers a day. Some areas are really getting several inch at a time. The weather is really different than usual. Garden is done except for the okra which is really plentiful right now. Sure makes the grass grow and most of us are having to cut it while wet, which we do not like to do but have to. Hope your day is a blessed one. From deep southeast Mississippi.

We had trouble understanding the audio. Could someone please tell us what the Sept. appointment is about and the test results? I'm glad the tests were mostly good. John was eating locusts in Bible times but I am not sure if I want to eat any bugs yet. I am not against them but they won't replace other meat. Also, the bone from meats give so many nutrients and such good flavor. I do buy boneless things but that is because they are on sale and a better deal than other things. I'm all about the sales. I don't get the idea of thinking the word moist is gross or weird. So many people have perverted words and everything else in our society it seems. It makes me angry at times. Thank you for the car ride.
