As I was listening to the sound I couldn't for the life of me figure what was making the sound and the thought of a bear came to mind, so I had to look lol. Yeah was impressed and glad the tent didn't leak too lol. I almost always use a tarp but there was no large amount of rain in the forecast so I ommited this time lol. Hope you have an awesome week.

Beautiful spot and nice breeze, Tucker is good company, could not reach in the screen & scratch his tummy when he rolled over lol, cool that you got to use the stove again, that is why I had smoke on my fire this weekend, helped keep them at bay, this year our rabbits are on increase good litter, it changes each season, that scene at 16:41 with table and fire, was nice, I never fished saltwater trout just other species, would be fun, only ever found the trout were bigger in the creeks where they met the ocean but they weren't saltwater, just no one had thought to fish there, enjoyed the video Garry, glad I got chance to see it while its raining here.

Yeah the Gatorade bear 🐻 had me confused, I was laid back listening to the wind and rain and I started hearing the sound , it sounded like the lid on my container, then it would stop for a while , then I'd hear it again. Tucker wasn't reacting and I sort of figure he would scent a bear. After about 15 minutes of hearing it off and on I had to stick my head out for a view 😅. Eventually it blew off lol. I sure hope you guys dodged that heat dome that settled over us as it was 42C in the backyard for almost two days. Put a stop to pretty well everything. Even poor Otis was having a hard time keeping cool laying downstairs on the concrete floor. Bored stiff too as only had an early morning walk before the sun came up and another when the sun had been down for at least an hour. Tucker so reminds me of my previous Bernese, Darryl, he'd be in that water before you knew it! lol That's one brave rabbit...don't know that he'd make a good stew! lol That's enough moose for two...you might be in luck Tucker!! lol Now that's some pretty special morning coffee...that will open one's eyes for sure!! lol They'll be some great catching in your future some day! Enjoy the new week!

Thanks my friends. Actually that was a Monday night then the heat dome was on Wednesday and Thursday the hottest Thursday. Tucker sat mostly under the AC unit which I'm so thankful I got two years ago, and at times like that Tucker likes it even more than I do lol. I use to go in the back yard to water the garden he would come out do his business and scratch the door to get back in lol. He doesn't like the heat and humidity. But it's cool down quite a bit since then it went from. 40 on Thursday to 12 on Friday morning lol. Hope you guys have a great week and no more heat domes for a while

Not long now we'll be barreling up the west coast headed for The Big Land. Hopefully the trout, Salmon and Char are all on the go when we get there. Fishing for trout in the salt water was not something I even knew you could do before I went to Labrador. Man you can really get into some nice fish for sure. We'll be too early for the Cod but we had a good go at them last time.we were up. That's the first time I ever saw leftover fish and brewis haha. Looked really good. Thanks for sharing Garry.

Hi, the only gear we are permitted is a hook on a lure of some type , usually some sort of spinner or warbler. I tried several different lures on this trip unfortunately luck wasn't on my side, however if you watch my videos you will quickly find out that I'm not really into it for the fishing I'm into it to enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air.
