My husband is in law enforcement and he has been working double shifts due to the virus 11:30 pm until 4:30 pm the next day hopefully this situation about the virus finish soon i wasn’t scared but seen how people are taken things from stores is a scary thing.. i wasn’t available to find some things in LA and got them 3hrs away from here in my hometown cans and other foods

Hey, so when you have meat in the fridge you should place it on the bottom shelve of the fridge.Ideally on a plate, reason being blood can drip down on to the food that’s below it. Also, I notice what appears to be the Alani balance pills on your counter. I have irregular cycles but I was able to regulate them with other natural pills but decided to try the balance pills because of beautybird. Well it messed up my cycle, I didn’t have a period for over 5 months 😕and I’m currently trying to regulate it again but I’m having trouble and I think it’s because of them pills (I stop taking them a while back).

Try to broaden your food horizons a bit and you'll have more eating options. At the Korean BBQ places they have beef short ribs that are long and skinny and they have bits of bone in the seems you guys passed them up but knowing your love of ramen and dumplings I think you'd like them. You get them and you can grill them or broil them after marinating in some teriyaki sauce or Bubba Stubb's bbq sauce, eat them with white rice and whatever else you like on the side so bomb. They cook in a few minutes are meaty and chewy they're good. I like grilling sliced bell peppers and mushrooms or Making kabobs with the veggies yum.

We have curfew here in Puerto Rico and most people are off from work and there hasn't been any government offices or schools open for the last 2 weeks (home school into further notice) so I feel you on the quarantine! Thankfully though the supermarkets here are well stocked! We have Toilet paper, bleach, wipes etc. We have actually sent over to family members in the states. Take care and be safe.
