Thank you for this video. My husband loves meatballs, but didn't want to just do them in beef broth. I wondered why I never saw anyone cook them in a tomato sauce/juice. We have canned lots of tomato juice this year, so I will give these a try. Thanks again for the inspiration.

Jan? out of 9 jars in that new case? 5 were nothing i'd trust. 4 others i had to leave in the case? had a silver dollar bulls eye in bottom jar.. uneven on bottom. i was like .. " are you kidding me""? thank gawd i had back ups. so.. wrote the company and sent pictures. i better hear back from them. like i stated.. why should the store be hung for it? it's an obvious manufacturer's issue and perhaps they need to beef up quality control. ... lets see what comes of it. andy's having fun with the turkey coop :-D might be hard for one turkey when we separate them.. one's imprinted on a certain chicken

My question to you is, I mentioned something about a binder if the meatballs didn't feel right to you but you never got back to what it was. Can you help me out? I just found your video. Good idea. Great canning projects. I dislike fillers in my Meatballs. Just burgers and eggs are good for me. Exactly, Put in what you like... You are up on the big screen, but I am working around, so I will try to keep an eye on you... But, I am listening... We just feed the girls, Sahara Warra and Ellas Smella what we are eating. That looks great. I am subscribed and I watched it to the end... As always. Thanks for the tour of the turkey house, Andy. I build the same way, skids are a basic building block of society. Where would we be without them...

oh Ken .. he's having a blast trying to build it at low to zero cost. between us both we found all the materials he needed. ( and a great local small mill ..where we are now ordering wood for kitchen rebuild. at 1/3 the cost or less from box store lumber yards these days.. had we known we could have saved like 400 on the fence wood so far) but we found him now lol.. soon turkeys will be moved away from the hens.. See? doesn't take long to disappear lol .. and cowboy candy? oh man.. bet your husband would love the cowboy relish. .. andy's got another box of those peppers..curious to see what he's going to want with them.. might smoke them all and dehydrate then grind into a powder for bbqs

Yes, it is! sorry for delay. LIfe and Christmas Season has put me so far behind lol Is a small world. as for this recipe? make it YOUR OWN. this video? was more to show the " how it can be done".. remember the center hole. and work the meat in.. burping as you go. you can use pretty much any meatball flavors you enjoy..just no fillers. headed to your channel now.. this is so cool.. we are getting quite the little circle of channels in the area 🙋♀️😊

That actually sounds very delicious… Thanks for showing us… What do you do with your back up water?
@pegsclips4 жыл бұрын
well .. after being pressure canned? it's now actual sterile water.. that? and it doubles as emergency water for a just in case situation.. when i need the jar for other things? i use the water and then reuse jar. thats why i use old used lids in good condition.. it's water.. if seal breaks? its water.. not food.
