HOW TO MAKE BISTEC A LA MEXICANA | MEXICAN STYLE STEAK |

Hello my beautiful family welcome back, today we showed you guys the way i make my Bistec a la Mexicana, and remember your main ingredient is cooking with love. Hope you guys enjoy :)

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs of sirloin tip steak ( thinly sliced beef)
4 tomatoes
3 serrano peppers
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/4 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of black pepper
salt ( to taste)
1/2 tbsp of beef bouillon
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 cup of water (or beef broth)

There is a place in North Dallas that was previously called "La Picosita"... They had a bistecca Ranchero very similar to this.. Really enjoyed it... And then... Wash it down with a Mexican Coca Cola.... Great times

Provecho! I am trying this tonight. I live in Costa Rica now and had my first taste of this and wanted to make it at home although they use carne mechado aqui pero I will use bistec. Also I can't get serranos here so I will have to use Jalepenos instead.
