I hope the owner gets a good builder. I work in homes likes these in Montgomery Co, MD. We call them McMansions. Lots of flash and very showy, but the quality is not quite up to snuff. I make my living coming behind the builders after a few years and start fixing and re-doing parts of the house to the owners preference. It’s a good living, but when you spend money like that, you should get premium quality up front. I love these videos of the dirt work. I gave up the dirt work for interior work in 2005. , maybe someday I’ll get a skid steer again. Lots of fun. Keep the videos coming Chris. 👍🏻👍🏻

Looks like a great area. Yes, removing all trees may seem crazy to some people.....but I know for a fact it is best for home owner. Once you know where all your underground utilities are it will be easier to plan future tree planting so as to not interfere with underground utilities. Beautiful and functional.
