I am amazed at how little effort it takes to put a driveway in North Carolina compared to eight hours away in western Pennsylvania we would’ve undercut the whole driveway probably a foot and hold Shell back in or no.4# limestone then topped it with 4 inches of 3/4 to dust. I guess that’s the difference when you don’t have a frost problem.

I have been watching you run that blade for some time now, i’m pretty sure I understand why things are done with it( regarding grading out roads/ driveways) but I have one question, is it preferred to grade out from existing grade, or grade to existing grade, or it doesn’t matter much? I believe I have seen you do both ways on occasion, if you wouldn’t mind and think of it sometime while your on the grader just pop in a comment on a video about it, I will hear it, I rarely ever miss one of your videos sir. Thanks for the update.

Hey, Chris, or whom ever else has the answer. Why do you put the road in and then dig it up to put drainage pipe in? I noticed you put the pipe in at the entrance first and fill in around it. I know nothing about prepping a site except what I have seen you and John from Upstate Brush Control do. You are my two favorite channels. I'm glad to see you finally got a mulching head. I'm sure it will come in handy for plot lay out and survey work. Keep up the good work, and great videos.
