Can you control how frequent the watch reads your heart rate? I know some trackers allow you to control how often they read. Anywhere from 5,15,30 minutes and so on, thank you for the review.

Hey there! Not that I'm aware of. I believe I read somewhere that the only way to make it read more is to keep it in an exercise mode....which will drain the battery faster.
