It's my first attempt at a First Amendment Audit video! Join me as I exercise my First Amendment right to record video in public and publicly accessible areas such as public sidewalks! My first audit video takes places entirely on the public sidewalks of downtown Redlands, CA. Surprisingly, my first interaction was from a jewelry store worker who came out with a warm and friendly greeting! Other than some curious looks, I didn't receive any interaction from the local banks. I received some friendly drink recommendations from some restaurant patrons and workers. One clown decided to break the traffic laws by stopping his vehicle in the middle of the road so that he could roll his window down to shout profanities and insults at me, but all he ended up doing was exposing himself as the uneducated bully that he is. Hopefully he learned something about the law and the United States Constitution.

Where do you hope to go with your venture? Are you going to different states and visit different cities?

I'm 70 and back in the 70s few people had cameras. People wanted to have their pictures taken, especially in Japan and the Philippines. Think "PEACE sign and 'Hey Joe!" Now cameras are everywhere, and people don't know our rights. So, we do 1A audits. I just do public photography, and it turns into an audit.

@@fjb960 Please look up the definition of ‘if’. “If (in the event that) you publish it, like you did, you are the press and are protected by the first Amendment” Nowhere is he saying that you HAVE to publish it to be protected. Please pay attention to what is actually written, not what you think is written or meant.

But judging by how he carried himself I thought he was a lowly Puerto Rican dude and you lived in Chicago or the Midwest or something. I'm saying that cus I was born and raised in the INLAND EMPIRE.. half of my life in RIALTO and the other half in riverside where I'm at now. So like I was saying... Being that I'm Latino myself I know the kind of dude that hails from Southern California similar to myself and your neighbor WAS NOT IT. So naturally I just assumed you were from the Midwest cuz most of my CHICANO/ Mexican brothers who occupy this Southern California land ... do not carry themselves like he did. So now that I know your a local.. im freaking shocked. Id of never guessed. Anyways good video man . Imma fan of the audit community too so keep it up. - a lifelong INLAND EMPIRE resident and subscriber
