Geoff missing resigned at very start, 7:39 Gavin playing pane on double letter instead of double word (or playing penny for a lot more), 8:07 Geoff knowing fleer is word but not playing it with flier or filter to triple word/double letter on the F in two directions. Game has barely started and I'm trying not to scream at my phone

god the pivot this channel took has been amazing. I stopped watching RT/AH mid to late 2020 when they added a bunch of people all trying to be streamers and content machines all competing to be the loudest or looking for the funniest bit to do, and would occasionally watch a Play Pals. but the FF podcast crew taking over this channel was the revival it needed. The chemistry is great. It actually seems like everyone is having a truly good time. And we still get that connection of Geoff and Gavin who were pretty main talents in the golden RT era. Everyday I stray closer to actually listening to the FF podcast, but I haven't yet. (I don't really listen to podcasts) but one of these days they'll probably get me.

As a long-time RT fan, this was exactly what I wanted from a final showdown between Geoff and Gavin. Gavin overlooking "wacky" only to play "pudgy", proving he's not a moron and gaining an early lead. And Geoff coming from behind to prove once and for all that he's the book-smartest player at RT.
