13:39 To be fair, that's really easy to do... you just need the game to use the device clock (rather than making an in-game clock) to decide day cycle. For example, if you want 8 hours of darkness in game and a 1h day cycle, you can just tell it that on the hour it turns dark and at #:20 it turns morning. Even if the game gets reset for some reason, the device clock won't and those times will be consistent.
