man, this channel has been so good for so long, but it feels to me that this video marks a level up. The stories have transcended 'scary', they are moving, tragic, compelling, and of course, chilling. peppered with social commentary, and captivating true crime, delivered with respect and efficacy. the production value is top notch. I am impressed and grateful for this truly quality content.

I've said it before, Joel is an artist. I make videos myself on a separate channel and I can see what he puts into the audio part of it, and it is absolutely brilliant. The gaps between stories, the audio sequences, even the way he has distorted his voice, it all paints an audio masterpiece. Of course, this isn't the style for every video, but these 'sleep' type videos are where he shines like no one else on youtube. And I mean _no one else._

I couldn't put it any better myself. I love this chance and have been following it for 2 year's now. Absolutely fantastic channel and Joel has a very nice voice too. Easy to listen to. I am always looking forward to the next video. Keep it coming and thank you for all the hard work you put into you video's.

@@zaralewis9674 Funny enough, I was a sub to him back in '16 but he did this sort of 'whisper because my kids sleeping in the next room' talk that made it difficult to follow. It was unnatural and painful to listen to. About 2 years ago I was interested in seeing how he was doing and was blown away by the quality. Hey, we've all got to start from somewhere. He just mastered it.

The most rational explanation I can think of for story 1 is that the guy's grandfather blacked out and killed the guy after going into fight or flight. He might have also gone into a rage after the assault occurred. He has no memory due to PTSD.
@larissacroan7150 Жыл бұрын
I wonder if he fell down a shaft or something. Or, like you say, the grandfather is chill af and killed him and was never suspected. Mind you, where would you stash the body? Arthur was a big guy!

Not to mention he had absolutely no struggle signs. Which given their size difference is basically impossible. I love the idea though.

Seeing as how the grandfather didn't have any of the guys blood on him or any defensive wounds after going back up, I'm going to say there is no rational explanation.

9:00 The Knockers are basically a race of dwarves. I've seen them on the surface near abandoned mines. Around 3AM (of course!) and I was sat with 2 other people. We were getting drunk but all saw these figures that could not be seen looking directly at, but could from the corner of my eye.

1:14:18 They should’ve looked into Tonia a lot earlier considering she was not remotely bothered by a scared traumatised 6yr old on her porch who has stated her grandma has been murdered. The fact that they were so quick to arrest Clarence with so little evidence but didn’t look into the neighbour who had previous for murder and child r@pe, including his own children. Lazy police work. Earl Mann & Tonia are giant POS. I still feel so bad for Brooke, Judy and Clarence.

My thought exactly! Who on earth would leave a beaten bloody little 6 yr old girl who also said her Grandma was MURDERED, out on the porch in the COLD, for 45 minutes IF they had NOTHING to hide?!?!?! That’s just about as sloppy as police work can get!
