In regards to story 10. Both my wife and I have seen ourselves in the basement of our house. My wife also strictly refuses to acknowledge the possibility of anything supernatural but acknowledges that she experienced it. For me, I walked out of the laundry room and saw myself sitting on the couch, looking at the tv as if I were watching it but it wasn’t on. It freaked me out and I went back in the laundry for several minutes until I worked up the courage to check again and when I did it was gone. About 3 weeks later my wife walked out of the laundry room and saw herself standing next to the pool table. She said the other version of herself looked totally enraged. I’ve heard other stories about doppelgänger type things and that they’re supposedly harbingers of doom but this happened like 3 years ago and nothing’s happened to us. I’ve also never experienced any other paranormal experience in this house. The only other paranormal experiences I’ve really had all happened in the house I lived in throughout high school. Everyone in my family and several of our friends had experiences in that house and it actually became so commonplace that I lost fear of it. This thing at my current home with my wife seems totally different and I’m not sure what to say about it

you hear this line so often in paranormal video stories while they tell of a paranormal experience. I don't know what it takes some people to believe there are clearly unseen and unexplainable things that exists in this world. @@iScAre1 I hear ya, bro. I suffer from chronic pain (21 years and counting), and panic disorder (I'm 44 now and have had severe panic disorder since I was about 12-13). Both are lifelong, with the nasty ass chronic pain continuing to get worse, as the joint degenerates. Some sadistic doctors put me on Celexa (which caused me to have panic attacks, plus auditory hallucinations, I heard children laughing and playing on my front lawn at 4 AM) and a galaxy of "crazy drugs" rather than just give me the Xanax, which works perfectly for panic attacks/anxiety (apparently, some Drs think a drugs nasty side effects are worth it, compared to a patient's health with a drug whose only side effect is dependence. Keep me on the Roxicodone (for pain) and Xanax (for panic), at high doses and I'm fine). So, yeah, I can relate. I understand what it's like when your brain doesn't work right :)
@iScAre15 жыл бұрын
Cthulhu 669 Sorry to hear some of that stuff didn’t work for you, I used to take Buspirone at high doses but it didn’t work well on account of the odd dose schedule in relation to it. I would miss times way too much and it didn’t have much impact on me anyways. I understand that chronic pain as well though I don’t take anything for it. It’s mostly because of my hyper mobility which cases my joints and bones to crack and dislocate at the slightest movement sometimes. People have heavily insisted I partake in marijuana for the anxiety and pain but taking it in any form has led me into painful and horrible hallucinations every time. Have people ever suggested that to you or have you tried?

I'm a wiccan and I can't go a week without something paranormal happening to me. I have also use to play dungeons and dragons a lot and I have never had an evil spirit come visit me because of it. That being said I do have a ghost that likes to play with toys. I believe this is a teenager who passed away a little down the road. She never does anything bad but ever once in a while toys get played with. Considering a dice could technically be considered a toy I believe you may have a ghost playing with it. But not all spirits are bad actually most are not so unless you start to notice bad things going on I wouldn't worry too much. Don't play with a ouija board though you can't control what visits you if you do and unless you really know what your doing you can get a lot of bad things from those even if you know what your doing it's still dangerous just not as bad so like I said none of that

So, hear me out. I’m Muslim. If you can put your biases aside (yes you have them because it’s impossible not to in today’s world), Islam has a unique take on the subject of the paranormal. As Muslims we fully accept that there exists what we refer to as “the unseen world.” God, the angels, the Jinn, and what happens after death is all in the realm of the unseen. And btw, the Jinn are another one of God’s creation who, like humans, have free will. Of the Jinn who have chosen the dark side, are what we call the Shaytaan (Satan), who carry out the will of the bigger Shaytaans, with the biggest among them being Iblis (Lucifer), who is btw NOT a fallen angel because Angels don’t have free will, they do as they’re commanded by Allah/God, so they can’t “fall”. Disobedience to God is simply not a possibility in their realm, although they are extremely powerful and often come to people’s aid (think Joplin tornado). Then there are benign Jinn, and good, believing Jinn, although it’s safe to say the majority are bad, as they’re the type to cross over into our world to do us harm. But so yeah, there are rules in place, they’re not supposed to cross into our realm, and we are not supposed to do anything to invite them. Of course, a lot of people like messing around, sometimes innocently like playing with the ouija board not believing this stuff is real, or intentionally so as to cause harm to others. There’s much more to be said about what Iblis and his followers’ agenda is towards us humans, but it’s too much to explain here. I totally believe you all who have shared your paranormal experiences here. To me, because of what Islam has taught me, I find it quite strange for people to accept one aspect of the unseen, such as God or angels, but reject others, such as the devil, encounters with evil entities or objects that are cursed. According to me/Muslims/Islam, black magic and the devil are very real indeed. But unlike in Christianity, evil is not seen as some powerful evil force that is equal in strength to the force of good. The Shaytaan is actually weak and cowardly. All it takes to send them fleeing in fear from you or your home is prayers to the One Almighty Supreme Being, the Creator and Master of us, the Jinn, and everything in existence, prayers in the most Merciful seeking refuge in Him, from the evil which he has created. You could also play Quran recitation and just let it play out loud whenever you feel an presence or if you’re dealing with a particularly haunted home. If you wish you can easily find out which verses from the Quran are the most powerful against Jinn, and against evil. There’s one in particular that anyone suffering from unwelcome intrusions by Jinn should know, I don’t want to get into it because this is already long but it’s an easy search and widely known. You’re not crazy and you’re not without power against evil. I sincerely wish you all safety, peace, and protection from evil, and protection from harm, Ameen ✌🏼

I don't think that ordinary items or extraordinary items are cursed. The Hope diamond for example, which falls under the extraordinary category; If you research this item carefully, you will see that time and circumstance played a major role in its history. However with that being said, I do not trust a Ouija board. While the original patent was on May 28, 1890, its origin is sketchy. I know I am contradicting myself but there you have it.
