Very true. Valby apparently cross trains like a maniac. Graham's training was a bit surprising but I'm more surprised Valby can do what she does off of so little running.

I like it though, everyone gets so trendy with training (critical velocity, double thresholds etc) it just reminds how individual running really is

That's impressive. Definitely a lot of decipline to get those workouts in while attending Harvard.

I can assure you that Graham is an excellent student and also has time for a social life in addition to training. If you don't know him, why would you say something like this?
