I bought 2 of these units and had nothing but problems with them. If you have a power outage the unit basically becomes corrupted and you need to contact and wait for an appointment with support to remotely connect the device to clear the corrupted code. Both units constantly fail to connect to fusion. If you do a reset you are unable to setup the device again since it never connects to fusion. One of the units is now being replaced with a refurbished unit. I will likely have to replace the other one as well. Support has no idea why these units are malfunctioning so there is no guarantee it won't happen again and there is no firmware update planned to fix these issues. I have never seen a company release a product that is so critical on it's functionality to be riddled with this many bugs. If these units can be somehow salvaged/replaced I will put them on my basic freshwater tanks but would never put on a saltwater tank with expensive corals or fish.

Does the liquid level sensor have to be completely submerged?

FYI the audio for the voices is very low and there’s some noise that recurs that sounded like it was going to blow my speakers. Thanks for the videos

And I’m not seeing my leak sensor in fusion just hooked up my a3 jr

Haven't. Used my apex in a while..recently moved and need to reset. What cleaning do I need to do to my sensors. Also movers put leak sensors in sump and added water how do I test to see if it's still good? .
