I want to know who was the genius that thought using metal for the screws and thread holes on a device that is constantly exposed to saltwater was a good idea. I had to rip off the rubber top and use a proper Phillips screwdriver to remove them because the threads were all rusted.

"No water Sample"? Remove supply and waste lines at connector. Use can of pressurized air (nozzle fits snuggly) and this fixed mine.

stick tape to the visor. man an £800 unit and thats the solution. how about fix the actual cause. thats like buying a Mercades or Audi and telling the owners if that side mirror come loose just stick it back on. thats the wrong attitude. premium products should be perfected and done with passion.

I have had one of these tridents for around 12 months now and had nothing but problems after months and months of wasted reagent and days and days trying everything to fix it nothing has worked my trident just backfills tested water back into reagent so every time it tests B it ruins my reagent for a £700 item I have to say it’s the biggest waste of money I have ever came across this item is the sole reason I have regretfully decided to walk away from the hobby

now that BRS have own the Neptune product its disappointing to know they are no longer supporting 3rd party lights. shame on you BRS. I bet the passion is lost now and it becomes a money orientated business
