This is good. Thanks. However, I am not sure who should be the author or the "from" entity in these LoEs. For example, can the sponsor write the letter about sponsor visits? Or does it have to be the applicant?

Thanks a ton though you solved my anxiety related to how to write a LOE which makes sence. :) After Reference, you have written "File NAme: Khandelwal_Ankit_Letter of Explanation_Employment Letter" . This is the name of this LOW which u r howing ? I am doing the same but is it to be written for the immigration examining person to be sure which leltter he/she is reading ? looks like extra information just incase they should not get confused.

@@ottawa_diaries One character difference shouldn't be a problem but providing a LoE does not harm as well. I would provide LoE.
