Hi Mordecai Thank you for this informative video. My fiancé lives in North West and cannot travel to Gauteng anytime soon. Is there a way I can go to the Zimbabwean Consulate on his behalf if I have all his documents? Is there an affidavit for this? Also, what happens if one does not have family in Zimbabwe anymore so they cannot send the form to anyone? Does he have to go to Zimbabwe himself? Is there not a way to get the actual Letter of No Impediment from the consulate in South Africa?

Good Day @kitsomasemola8429 I glad the Video helped. On the Issue of going to the econsulate, If its about applying is very tricky they will not allow you to apply of his behalf, but collection you can, as long you have the receipt. If he doesn’t have family in Zim, he has to find anyone he can trust to help him do all paper work in Zim, so anyone can help, they don't need to be family members. If he doesn’t have/know anyone in Zim, then he has to go there.

Is it possible to send someone to get the letter of non impediment on your behalf?someone who is already in ZIm? if you are in SA and you dont want to travel.
@mordecaiKamanga47 ай бұрын
Hey there. Yes it is possible the same way you do when applying for the passport in SA. Go to the embassy or consulate, get the for pay R200. Fill it up and get it signed and then send it to Zim to your loved one they will submit for you, after 3 or 4 days they collect and send back to you, and then you go again to the embassy for verification, take again a few days to be verified. You will then collect and start the business with SA home affairs.
