Sir Endorsement k baad dubara name and designation nhi ayega? And Name and designation k baad phone no. Email nhi ayega kya? And 15 marks k according thoda lengthy lag rha Can we skip para 5?

Letter hai isliye endorsement ke baad name, designation ko chhoda ja sakta hai. Phone, email ki zarurat nhi. Yes, para 5 can be skipped if it comes only for 15 marks.
