I've noticed that when I find an ASMR artist who I love and watch a lot, I start mimicking some of their on-screen habits in real life. The other day I was choosing between some canisters of tea in my bedroom, and I found myself passing my fingers between them super thoughtfully, probably 5x longer than I normally would, and I was like, "Oh my gosh, I'm in a Moonlight Cottage video right now!" You have such a special presence in your videos and I love it so much.

A great idea for a video would be a "tutorial" or "get ready with me" type of video where you show us how you do your hair, makeup and dress up as the character you are portraing in ASMR. That would be awesome.

For me, her videos feel more like I'm in a dream 🌙 there's something very ethereal and not-quite-real about them, it's such a unique sensation and I think it's fantastic. Whereas Diane's videos feel more like I'm actually there in the room with her, it feels more grounded. Very different, but both exceptional nonetheless 👌

I used to HATE ASMR. Still kind of do lol. It usually makes my skin crawl and makes my head want to explode. Like the noises literally make me angry😅 This channel is the only one I can listen to. The effort you put in puts everyone else to shame, the roleplaying is so good it almost matches the unintentional asmr in feeling natural and not milking every potential sound (the sounds are obviously still there). One of my favorite things about your art is details, and how much sense they carry. Sometimes they make it clear something, as it were, outside the room and the narrative: for example, it seemed to me that this letter was addressed to the kind sir Loring, who helped the Lady with money for the Foster family, even before the addressee is shown. And it's also educational! Before I had no idea how exactly people found out the value of a coin, prepared sealing wax, held a pen and much, much more... Love how balanced and measured you do everything. So thoroughly, as if every movement is weighed. It's so reassuring, how to say?.. I feel more confident watching this :)
