Hey there. I'm dumb... English is just my 2nd language...(I'm from Kwee-Bek!)... But I don't get it. I mean. I looooove the serie. But this specific scene... I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm missing the point. Is he provoking Wayne ? Or just being dumb ? Am I miss-understanding the words he uses in his joke ? Please... Someone... Shamelessly spoon-feed me through this scene !!
