When the apostle Paul had his final meeting with the elders of the church at Ephesus he admonished them to "remember the words of the Lord Jesus..." Implicit within Paul's statement was the authority that Christ's words held with the church then and the weight they should still carry with all believers today. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak, we remember the words of Jesus about the historicity of scripture; marriage; the church; and death... divine words which should settle many disputes and doubts in our own times.
