I clicked on the thumbnail when I saw the Virgin River in Zion. Walking in it, many years ago, was one of the most exhilarating experiences I've had. I was not alone -- others were doing the same -- but I was almost completely connected to it moment-to-moment: uneven bottom, large slippery boulders, very cold water moving around me. Sometimes the water was to my knees. Other times I would be on a lower part of the stream bed, with water above my waist. I will never forget that day, that event. BTW: My first John Astin video was the one titled "Resting As Awareness." It was exactly what I needed -- to return to that open awareness that took me into the great reservoir of regenerative peace. Thank you.
