I recommend the Fresca sauce instead of the pico de Gallo they put on your salad. It has more lime and chili and in my opinion, a lot more flavor. It makes the salad taste better. I love cafe rio, I always get the salad, its great! The cons about cafe rio are that it never seems to be as clean as a chipotle (chipotle is always sparkling clean) and they get really behind on making the aqua frescas. At my store, they always seem to run out of horchata which is annoying.

We have never been here yet but I've had it on my list for years, definitely need to try it out soon! Love that whole area 👍 We are so excited Texas Roadhouse is opening up there soon! 😘
