I was diagnosed in March 2021 with CML….I was 38 at the time. I also have antiMOG which is a neurological auto immune disease similar to MS. Two years prior to my diagnosis I was infused with rituximab at doses that were way too high…discovered when I got different health coverage. My new neurologist was really blown away that I had been exposed to such high doses….it wiped out my immune system and caused hypogammaglobulinemia…. I am wondering if this could have been the catalyst that triggered my cancer….

Thank you doctor for the explanation. I have a low WBC count of 4.88 RBC count of 4.44 HEMOGLOBIN of 12.6 Platelet count of 237. Lymphocytes count 64.1 My joints are achy. Sometimes I've got unexplained fever. I've equally lost weight. for the past four months my lymp node have remain the same ( it still isn't visible but can feel it with a touch) I've got this pain on the right side of my neck which isn't constant. Of recent, I realized I've got mild hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. My doctor wouldn't say anything. I'm worried
