@@hanuom Guys that can maintain 130kg plus without having to destroy themselves with PEDs and unhealthy amounts of calories. Ermes is losing his hair, his breathing is getting worse, he's bloated and full of water and still barely hits 130kg. If your a fan of Ermes, you should want him at heavyweight, where he can have a longer and healthier career. What's the point of him destroying himself, when he can't be #1 anyways? At least at heavyweight, we'll get to see Devon vs Ermes! Would be a hell of a match. Possibly the most wanted match in the sport.

Levan recent interview said he weighs about 419 lbs right now...may drop down to 408 for Ermes...that I believe would be the heaviest he has ever competed at.

Levan said he used all this weight for gains and to be on top, he is well aware he should not be like this for long time, he will do a slow cut in future when is off competiton, to shred all his fat and keep his monstrous strength and muscle and be lean at more or less 145-155kg.

He just beat his back pressure PR in this video. For the peak for Devon, he hit 82 KG for 5 reps and he just did 83 KG for 3 reps in this video. You can’t be at your max everyday or week of your life and he hit a PR while not being peaked out.

​@@JustMarvel Проблема в том, что у всех есть пределы, и пределы у Левана были намного дальше чем у Ираклия, Ираклий при всем желании не сможет никогда столько набрать, победить Левана он тоже не сможет. Он от природы легковес, то что он дорос до почти 100кг это уже было чем-то нереальным. Такие вот дела, генетика дружище.

Lol it doesn’t matter if you think the exercises are boring it’s still the exercises needed to be strong in arm wrestling so why would they change it? That’s like saying bench press is boring let’s do chest flyes instead when training for a powerlifting meet it wouldn’t make sense.
