LeVar Burton on George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight: INTERVIEW

LeVar Burton's roles in Roots and Star Trek: The Next Generation have made him famous, but it's probably as the host of children's literacy program Reading Rainbow where he's had the most cultural impact.
When Burton was in the red chair to speak with George about Reading Rainbow's new app for kids he explained why he wanted to instill a passion for learning in people.

Man, it's kind of bizarre that this video has less than 1500 views. Strombo is a champion interviewer, one of my favourites just behind Rollins. And Burton has a history as an actor that could fill 5 interviews of this length. I feel a little like I've stumbled on some unfound gem here :)
