Sir, if ever you see this. Ang number 2 po tackles about the concept of eugenics. Eugenicists committed HRV by sterilization and genocide of other races pero the thing about the Aryan race and its implication is about the making of what he call the Ubermensch or the overman which he thought would be the most superior of all races which pertains to racial egotism.

Yes po, point taken since yan yung idea ni Hitler all along in creating that superhuman out of his belief pero coming from the question is about genetic engineering kasi. The moment that we discuss genetic engineering is when you change a person whole because of a certain purpose and that is to create a more desirable trait out from something which led to that superhuman being..ung idea talaga ni hitler about that superhuman being clearly violates human rights since he wants to manipulate something which is very unethical to every human at that time..Madami kasing magagawa na practices into turning that one such as yung sterilization na sabi mo which leads to genocide that is against sa will sa mga tao especially those na hindi na meet sa criteria..so in the end, walang say yung mga tao na mag undergo sa process..
