Finally people are starting to realize how strong Muddy Water Goodra is. It might feel a bit awkward without healing, but I feel like this build gets stuff done a lot easier than the Dragon Pulse build

Muddy water if the enemy has a lot of long range because you can stunt their damage and force them back. Dragon pulse if they have a lot of brawlers because you will take too long to kill if they decide to fight you. If they decide to run, then you can influence their movements by “walking” them into your team’s attacks.

Goodra is one of my favorite pokemon, so I'll definitely consider this, though I doubt that I'd dominate in lane like this. For now I should work on Lapras though. (Or, you know, play Lapras while it's still strong/decent-- Lapras is another of my favorites as well.)

Regardless, we are talking about 2 defenders that deal more damage and heal for more than some attackers and supporters, while remaining absurdly tanky. Seems very fair and balanced to me.

Hey Chris I don't know if you will reply or not but I've recently made a new build for Goodra which makes him literally undying can you play Goodra with that build and tell me how's it good bad or mediocre? The build consists of aeos cookies, score shield, focus band and for emblems 6 blue, 6 purple and 4 white I was running this build with muddy water to make it nore tanky. My only problem with goodra being on the lapras/bro level is, people can just... Walk away from you like that gren and absol did and your unite does not have a stun to help you with that. With only 1 move to cc opponents it's a hard to defend anything without opponents coming to u

Off topic but I seriously don't get what's happening with soloq right now Like one time I'm matched with such good teammates that cooperate so good then the next match I'm matched with teammates picking everything wrong and doing 20-30k dmg and there are at least 3 of them with 25k dmg or so in the team This matchmaking really sucks

MY BUILD! Well... most people use that Build if they wanna be an Angry Goodie The Most longlasting Backline Killer compared to MewtwoX. But Garchumps is still the best backline Killer. That i doubt if an enemy team Defender will also longlasting against 3 or 4 squishies while Goodie is doing the same?

@@frostymasso6508 same build as Cris uses and the Playstyle is to chase the backliners. Cursed incense is good and to be safe if enemy happens to be Comfey... But I'll leave Comfey problem to Cursed Bangle Attackers since Comfey is also a frontliner

I am an avid Goodra player and I always see Cris claim that this build is "just better", as he always plays with some support that heavily makes the difference. For us normies who soloq and don't have a huge name, it is almost impossible to find good supports. Hence, I find the other build better, it does to you what a good support should.

I've always preferred dragon pulse, but lately I've been using muddy water and it is great. Instead of the other team going head to head with you, they tend to retreat and eventually cry after you chase them down with xspeed and nullify all their weapons with muddy water. It's an absolute treat of a build in team fights also. I do miss the dragon pulse healing, but I'm having fun with this.
