Level 19 Twink Shaman Guide (Gear, Talents, Tips) - World of Warcraft Classic

Since shamans are mainly an utility class at lvl 19 (lb+shocks does poor damage and their melee damage isn't that good either) I would personally gear them as healers with focus on Stam+int and bonus healing while still using a shield. Items such as Keller's girdle treebark jacket and darkweave breechers come to mind (essentially gear them as a priest but with a shield). And play around the team utility totems/purge/r1 earth shock provides while also keeping your team alive. If you wanna blow people up from range you can go hunter or any caster class if you wanna play melee you can go rogue or even warrior or perhaps high hp+agility druid or spelldmg/bruiser paladins basically there's alot of better better options then shaman if you wanna play those types of roles. Healer shaman is 2nd best healer class for horde side in 10-19 bracket couse of their utility and cc along with being tanky they fit excellent in the healing role. As your druid that your covering next I would either gear them high hp+agility and use them as Frontline/flag runner their good at this since they can get out of ccs with shapeshifting and they arguably can reach the highest hp/armor in the game at 19 while in bear form. Or play them as healers and keep your team alive while assisting in utility with spells such as entangle roots and bash while having the option to go bear form to survive heavy focus. Druids can't play as spellcasters since both wrath and moonfire does very poor damage at lvl 19 (I believe your stuck with lvl 14 or possibly 16 versions of these spells) thing is probably over 50% of all twinks will be rogue or hunter anyways since they by far have the highest dmg output at 19 your never gonna be able to compete with them in dps shaman for example therefore your job should be supporting them.

i think shaman 39 and 49 is the best bracket for them. 49 just got storm strike with epic axe or 39 with PoD and 1 of 3 classes the can move fast be4 mount

Ancestral knowledge is terrible, can maybe squeeze out an extra rank 1 ES at this level. Compare that with 5% block and 25% block value if you ever go down enhance tree

My thoughts exactly. Fiery weapon is probably the best shaman enchant at 19. Also he didn't mention Skeletal Club which is arguably better than Stinging Viper. Maybe Evocator's Blade is still better tho. No mentions on Jutebraid Gloves, Grizzled Boots.. He also didnt mention Shield Specialization.. it's a decent talent to have at 19.
