A level 199 modder in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 said he has Ultra Instinct 3, or Super Saiyan 3 Ultra Instinct. So I used Zeno's True Final Form from Dragon Ball Super in Xenoverse 2. He then RAGE QUIT Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Idk if you do this but I have a ult combo that's: Super Spirit Bomb + Special Beam Cannon (Beast) The best that's worked for me is to either use the kick right after the Spirit Bomb explodes or charge the Special Beam Cannon until it's charged *two* times, using it immediately overrights the Spirit Bomb's damage and fully charging it will give the opponent enough time to break your stamina. I also suggest using a SS that makes the opponent's stamina recover slower, like Hit's "Now you understand, surrender" SS

I can't understand these modder people. They turn on speedhacks, stats hacks, damage hacks and such but they don't do the most gratifying thing mod allows you to do (that is using mods like More Transformations, mods where you have modded super/ultimate skills like throwing Three Supernovas at the same time towards someone).
