UPDATE:
Some buff levels might be "too high". What I mean is that with some buff levels Rufus might not be revived because the final hit will be a physical attack most of the time as compared to other buff levels where the final hit will be Celeste's magic attack which will revive Rufus.
I just uploaded the proof that the Tree of Wisdom does NOT MATTER. I hope to have a discussion in the comments there about solutions to these issues:

Finally worked after ~15 tries at buffs 0, 5 and 10, no tree of wisdom. At the end I found myself switching between manual and auto, both for nebula ulti and for Martha/Axel to time healing with damage received. In auto, sometimes healing would be wasted on healthy heroes.

By the way, I did not see any difference with buffs. If anything, I think my heroes would die quicker in auto. Could be wrong though, no way to say for sure...

On one account I felt the same: Increasing buff level seem to not do much for quite a few buff levels.

I have tried many times and finally passed level 240 with 5 buff. With no buff my Markus die very soon. This team help me passed level 210, 220 and 230 very quick My current Healer role branch is 22/50 but not easy to passed 240. In the battle that i won, my Markus and Nebula have die. Mojo and Daredevil are most dangerous of opponents team

What is your buff level? I think there are buff levels that somehow do not work well with this team. I know this sounds strange. I feel like it has to do with the energy generation and skill succession that is so poorly timed that your tank dies in almost every fight.

How do you activate 2nd skill of nebula in auto mode?

You just press her key or click on her icon while auto mode is activated. It seems to be a combination of auto mode and manual mode.

Hey, what buff level are you using? For some it seems like having too high buff doesnt work because Rufus dies from a physical damage attack instead of barely surviving it and getting hit by Celeste's magic attack that revives Rufus. If this is the case for you I can only suggest to try a team from other KZbinrs like some say a Cornelius team works great.
