I been trying to get this trophie I only got to level 23 with axel from "streets of rage 1" sometimes buddy help might come in handy or 2-player mode help from online could someone give me some advice on how to get this that would be very grateful

Play as Shiva and upgrade his alternate Blitz Move: Flying Kick, as shown in this video. You can also use Cherry’s alternate Blitz Move: Sliding Knee. There are some more tips in this video. I also recommend that you play solo to reach the higher levels.

I'm not familiar with the new patch, so I'm not sure if it can help. I'm unable to help you myself or can point you to someone. I know psnprofiles sometimes have boosting sessions. Maybe someone there can help you.

Double jump is really good when paired with flying kick since it allows you to disengage and move to a safer position if necessary during the move's recovery. Especially useful on stages with pits.

I swear. Once you hit wave 20 and up, it basically becomes blitz of rage 4.

I so appreciate someone saying this. They trivialized your entire arsenal in favor of blitzing after a certain survival stage, 21 for me. Not to mention none of the power-ups even affect throws aside from raw damage up, which affects everything anyhow. I was hoping to enjoy Max, body slamming people all over the stage, but its blitz or nothing at all after a certain point.

@@Vault76Custodian exactly, you don’t even have to be strategic with combat. You spam the blitz and it becomes repetitive as hell.

Blood thirst and combo master are a great pairing for characters that can hit 50+ combos with ease. So much damage = so much health

Changing Shiva's blitz move to flying kick really helped me a lot and allowed me to get to level 29, I messed up and died right before getting to level 30 though.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that. Still glad this method worked for you though. Cherry’s alternate Blitz called Sliding Knee is also very powerful when upgraded. There are also other like Estel’s original Blitz Boot Mark or Axel’s SOR4 alternate Dragon Roll. If you planning to unlock all alternate moves you might wanna give those a try as well.

Another character who's a beast with blitz moves is cherry. You unlock the blitz move where she slides through the whole place and you won't have to worry about getting hit anymore. I can't decide what's best in this blitz move, attack or defense.

Or you could select Roo, use his special, and use the hell out of the clowns with the whips. Make sure you select the 3 stars on stages that they pop up as your perk and earn some so that you have a lot of stars for Roo's special. I'd say use at least 2 to 3 clowns whooping ass and an extra support buddy to turn the tide.

Another easy route is use Skate SoR3 and using the alt blitz rolling move because he can spam it when against the wall.

@@Snake3yesEddie I personally like his blitz attack where he kicks his feet out and moves forward. I try to add the poison and electric attack options with Roo for more damage as well as increasing his attack power. His special attack with the clowns is my favorite though. I also try to collect as many stars as possible so that I can use as many clowns as I can for attacking on the harder stages.

I literally had to quit and go to sleep last night,after hours, because I couldn't due with SOR2 Blaze. I'm currently on level 35. I somehow chose the correct power ups, such that all I have to do is her blitz move from left to right and back again. The surrounding damage is so heavy, almost no characters can break my combo. I don't know whether to be impressed or frustrated. I'm not even a great SOR4 player!

It’s also much easier to obtain playing it alone instead of it playing online, doing it online is tougher for me for some reason. Probably because your weaker by having to split the upgrades.

Yes and with two players you can’t control the screen/camera and this way you often get hit by enemies off the screen.

Hi Thomas, may I ask how many Survival levels are required to unlock all new moves for a given character?

The higher level you reach the more progress you get. With a “new” SOR4 character I reached Level 33 and unlocked all 5 alternate moves at once. With a “new” SOR2 character I reached Level 29 and unlocked all 4 alternate moves at once. Maybe it requires less levels but when I reach around Level 22 with a “new” character I only unlocked 2 alternate moves.

Blitz move is pressing forward twice plus your basic attack in which ever direction you're facing. In your case it's forward twice plus square. (➡️➡️+■ assuming you're facing right.)

@@RobTheCharizard Adam's my main as well. I thought I'd give the new characters a whirl. Not sure if the Survival mode is substantially tougher in co-op but some enemies can easily melt your life bar Even with 2-3 defense buffs. I should try it solo and see how far I get.

Adam’s standard Blitz Move is very powerful if you upgrade it with Electric, Toxic and Fire. The strategy is the same as Shiva’s: just spam the Blitz Move back and forward. Blood Thirsty is a very useful upgrade, because you will heal yourself very quickly. I’m not very good with Adam and managed to reach Level 33 with him on my first try.

No, once you reach level 30 you will have unlocked all rewards. But there are alternate moves to unlock for each character.

I basically did this but with Axel and his new blitz Dragon Roll I think It's called. same idea tho once you get to later levels. spam blitz with elementals and blood thirst to keep help up. star move if you're surrounded or desperately need health back. I even got a video on my channel showing the ridiculous Axel spam lol.

I also got the S-tier for all hard levels in almost one whole playthrough. I gather that when you made the video guide for Maniac trophy (S rank on all Hard levels) and used Floyd the DLC wasn't out yet?

Blitz Move are performed by pressing forward, forward + square. You need to unlock the Flying Kick first by playing a couple of levels in Survival Mode.

No matter what I do, I cannot get past level 21. I platinumed the game & did every trophy for the DLC except I Am The One. It’s the final one needed to platinum the DLC. I just can’t get past level 21. I’m starting to think people know of some sort of unlimited health cheat code or something cause I don’t see how y’all are passing it. It always has an armored Koobo and then tons of enemies and no health items anywhere, only money. So just too much happening & no matter what combination of upgrades I do and even playing exactly like this with Shiva, can’t pass level 21.

It might take a few tries. You probably need a bit more luck with the upgrades. I recommend you read the description in the video. Blood Thirst will be your best friend if you don’t want to worry about health items.

It took a few tries but I got it done, got to level 37. Thank you once again for your help, the advice you gave in taking the no health pickup and no jumping power up did the trick, you dont need heath anymore you build it up with the flying kick move...keep the videos coming brother thank you

Ouch! If you want to unlock all alternate moves you probably have to do Survival Mode more often. Upgrading the Blitz Move for other characters works as well. Like Axel’s alternate Dragon Roll or Cherry’s Knee Slide.

Once you get past level 20, it's the only way you can play. those glowing Red enemies hit stupid hard, and past 30 you have to worry about getting 1-shot if you don't lock them down.
